Obedient followers become followed: LEADERS.
Lord, raise up ‘serious’:
1) serious hearts that are completely Yours, that You may strongly support,
2) serious pray-ers, who take their spiritual blessings from the heavenly places- Eph. 1:3 (in good and honest hearts- Luke 8:15) and use them here on earth, full of faith for their sphere of influence, and
3) serious, obedient followers who become followed
(real leaders who lead others to You)!
