Don’t Stop Praying

Elijah could have heard the report of “a cloud as small as a man’s hand” and been discouraged (1 Kings 18:42-45).

That’s not to mention how he could have previously already stopped praying, as time and time the report was, “There is nothing.”

Elijah could have been discouraged and could have fallen into hopelessness and stopped praying because he didn’t see the full results..

but he didn’t..

Likewise, give your heart permission to take the smallest, littlest of signs AS positive results.
Give your heart permission to rejoice in what no one else ‘sees’.
Give your heart permission to hope.

And hope does not disappoint (Romans 5:5).

-What have you given up on (or are currently tempted to give up on) that God is now speaking to your heart and encouraging you to take courage and believe in His ability?

Don’t stop praying.

As Jesus said, “Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.” John 14:1
