From the Father’s Heart for you today:
Take My truth, My hand, My belief, My power, My ability, My faith.
Take.
Take courage (John 16:33, Ps. 27:14, Ps 31:24).
You need not do a single thing on your own.
I am always here and give you what you need, in fact all you need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).
Who are you to say that you can’t?
That is a ‘noise’ of the enemy telling you that you are not able.
Because the truth is that in your weakness I Am STRONG, which makes you more than able (2 Cor. 12:9, 10).
So you can boast about your weaknesses, but you cannot use them as an excuse for inaction.
Do not be one who shrinks back (Acts 20:20,27).
Be one who believes in Me and My ability.
You must test Me out in this to know its truth.
There will always be reasons to believe that you can’t or that you are hearing Me wrong. And if you always stop there.. well, then that’s where you will stay.
How about WE step up and step out of ‘your truths’ and into My TRUTH. I always WIN.
You will find Me faithful. And you will learn lessons that will take you where you long to go.
So will you go? Travel with Me? or will you stay?
I will keep asking. I will keep inviting.
If you say, “No,” you may have to bear some consequences of not obeying. But I will not force you.
I “invite”.
The invitation is open. Come, join Me. And use My faith to ‘move mountains’ (Matt. 17:20).
A few things to ponder:
-Where have you been using your weakness as an excuse for disobedience to what He has called you to?
-Do you recognize the ‘noise’ of the enemy? Today refuse to agree with it. Submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee (James 4:7). Take those thoughts captive and make them obedient to what God says is true (2 Cor. 10:5).
-Spend some time praising Him today that even though you are ______ (name your weaknesses), it does not hinder Him from using you one bit. And choose in faith to believe that. Then walk that truth out.
“But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. There, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me! So for the sake of Christ, I am well pleased and take pleasure in infinities, insults, hardships, perceptions, perplexities and distresses; for when I am weak [in human strength], then I am [truly] strong (able, powerful in divine strength).” 2 Cor.12:9,10 AMP
