From the Father’s Heart for you today:
You are the light of the world (Matt. 5:14)
And light dispels darkness. It is just the ‘natural quality’ of light.
So as you let your light shine, it does not leave things just as they are in the dark.
The ‘critters’ that lurk ‘in the dark’ run for cover when the light comes on.
Do that for people!
Shine. Don’t hide My truth away, leaving people tormented and ‘bothered’ by all that thrives in darkness. Even though they may try to hide it, they want help.
Shine the light of truth into needy lives. There are many who will not even know that they have been struggling or tormented until they are set free and ‘see’ what freedom looks and feels like.
It will be as if a light switch came on and there is POWER and HOPE and strength in their core, accompanied by JOY.
So spread My JOY, MY people. In My Presence is fullness of joy (Ps. 16:11).
Receive My truth and proclaim it from the rooftops: that I Am. I have come to heal the brokenhearted, to bind up wounds.
Receive My healing, and go heal.
Darkness cannot hide, and darkness cannot withstand!
Be a light unto the world and SHINE for My glory and fame (Matt. 5:15,16). Don’t hide it.
