Rest in His Presence

“O send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me;
Let them bring me to Your holy hill
And to Your dwelling places.” Ps 43:3

His light and His truth always leads us to Him.

So today, this final day, is your turn again. And may I suggest that you even make these next 31 days your turn. Would you make a plan to set aside time each day in His Word and in prayer and get down on paper the truth that He reveals to your heart? What truth is He calling you to walk out in, to believe Him for, to trust Him and rest in? Let Him show you.

Today ask Him to remind you of the common thread of truth that He has been impressing upon your heart these last 31 days. And decide that you will not only mentally believe it, but you will believe it by acting on it.

From the Father’s Heart for you today:

I will not allow you to be happily content living with less than the abundant life (John 10:10) of victory and freedom that I have for you. So my zealous, zealous love, yes, may guard your life in hard, uncomfortable ways. But for My glory and your JOY.

I want to release My people from where they have been far too easily pleased and call them to a righteousness and purity (that I provide, it’s not hard, earned, or a result of striving, just received and WALKED in!) because this is where all that you long for and look for in ‘other things’ will come, in walking according to My righteousness, in VICTORY over sin and compromise, and in purity of heart and holiness.

Let’s just sit for a long while. Resist the small voice that lies to you that that is selfish. It is not, and you will become more and more of who I have called and designed you to be by resting here in My Presence.

Come.

I am not confusing. If you find yourself confused, keep seeking My face and loving Me with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Come.

And keep coming daily. Know the truth of My Word and live accordingly.

“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.” Jude 1:24,25
