Take Courage with His ‘With-ness’

“When you go out to war against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and an army larger than your own,
you shall not be afraid of them,…”

Why?

“….for the Lord your God is with you, ……” Deuteronomy 20:1

From God’s heart:

Come.

Partake.

All who are weary and heavy-laden,

come (Matthew 11:28).

You are never on your own.

Because you can do nothing apart from Me (John 15:5), I will never ever expect you to go out and “fulfill your ministry” (2 Timothy 4:5) alone, without My supernatural help.

So all of it, everything you are called to, is WITH Me..

with..

celebrate the ‘with-ness’

and trust it.

Trust Me.

Do you?

When your heart answer is “yes,”

well, then all is settled.

What do you need to be afraid of?

What true need goes unmet?

Ask, and I give, as a good father gives good gifts to his children (Luke 11:9-13).

I am THE Father.. will I not give you greater things, beyond what you can ask or imagine, even working through you, using you (Ephesians 3:20)?

So come, depend upon Me. Trust Me. Look to Me..

Why keep looking to man?

“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10

Some thoughts to ask yourself and the Lord today:

-Lord, show me what fear of man or fear of insurmountable odds are currently paralyzing me.

-Am I currently looking to man for my assignment, my permission, my direction, my applause, my cues to what I am supposed to be doing (even though I know that I am clearly being led by You)?

-What specific act of courage does celebrating Your ‘with-ness’ give me faith for?

“The fear of man brings a snare,
But he who trusts in the Lord will be exalted.” Proverbs 29:25
